Coventry Chemicals manufactures highly concentrated liquids for dilution and packing into Branded formulated commercial product. The finished product formulations must be further diluted before use by the end user.
Coventry’s concentrated liquids comprise two different chemistries;

All concentrates are packed in 205 litre plastic drums
Each concentrate dilutes down at the prescribed rate to present a commercial formulation of standard pine disinfectant with a broad based bactericidal activity. All dilutions are expressed as parts of concentrates plus parts of clean water by volume.
This is a highly concentrated aromatic disinfectant formulated with pine oils, terpene oils, vegetable soaps and DCMX.
The concentrate is diluted one part concentrate plus nine parts of water.
The diluted pine disinfectant has a broad based bactericidal activity and a Rideal-Walker coefficient of 3-5.
The concentrate is available undyed, amber or green.
The traditional characteristic odour associated with this type of product is well retained when diluted by the end user.
The end user must further dilute the product by adding 1 part formulation to 50 parts water.
This is a highly concentrated aromatic disinfectant formulated with pine oils, terpene oils, vegetable soaps and DCMX to give an economic dilution.
The concentrate is diluted one part concentrate plus eleven parts of water.
The traditional characteristic odour associated with this type of product is well retained when diluted by the end user
This product is a highly concentrated disinfectant based on quaternary ammonium compounds which, when diluted at one part concentrate and sixty parts of water, produces an effective commercial disinfectant with a pleasant odour.
The QAC biocide provides activity against a wide range of organisms including gram negative and gram positive pathogenic bacteria.
The terpene oils and perfumes in the formulation give the product a persistent sweet and powerful odour
The diluted product is an extremely cost effective and commercially acceptable pine disinfectant which supports EN1276
Other grades may be produced by diluting to a lesser extent e.g. Initial dilution to 1+35 satisfies BS6424 grade QAP 50.
End User Applications
Pine disinfectants are broad spectrum disinfectant cleaners and sanitizers for use on all hard surfaces. They deliver effective biocidal action against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, fungi, some viruses and give exceptional cleaning performance. They remove dirt from a wide variety of surfaces and inhibits further bacterial activity or fungal growth.
Pine disinfectants overcomes offensive odours at source. They control the micro-organisms which are responsible for odours and prevent any further reoccurrence leaving a fresh pine fragrance.
Pine Disinfectant can be used to disinfect a wide variety of hard surfaces such as;

Instructions for use (for formulated commercial products)
To disinfect sinks, toilets, urinals and drains pour 150ml undiluted disinfectant down sinks and drains or around the toilet and urinal bowls.
To disinfect floors, walls, tiles and all other hard washable surfaces with formulated QAC based disinfectant, dilute 1 part disinfectant to 30 parts cold water (165ml per 5ltr). Do not mix with any soaps, detergents or any other chemicals.
To disinfect floors, walls, tiles and all other hard washable surfaces with formulated DCMX based disinfectant, dilute 1 part disinfectant to 50 parts cold water (100ml per 5ltr). Do not mix with any soaps, detergents or any other chemicals.
To disinfect nappies, sickroom linen, and handkerchiefs before washing, dilute a solution of
1 part disinfectant to 30 parts of cold water (165ml per 5ltr). Heavily soiled articles should be rinsed clean before being disinfected. Leave to soak for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly then wash normally.
Pine disinfectants should NOT be used in food preparation or serving areas due to their lingering pine fragrance.
Gloves should be worn where prolonged contact is likely.
Do not mix more solution than recommended.
Both QAC based and DCMX based disinfectants are compliant with the European Detergents Directive and comprise only of surfactant component that are readily biodegradable.
